When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.

Why Purple Iris?
The iris has always been my favourite flower, especially purple irises.
Purple iris is a flower that is hardy, it thrives in the sun, weathers the storms and rests in the winter. With the right care and attention, the flowers can bloom better each year. It represents wisdom and growth. It is a reminder that with the right focus and mindset you too can flourish and grow to achieve your goals. There are lots of different varieties of the iris but they all grow in good conditions just like people.

Vicky was an inspirational leader and I have learnt a great deal from her which has now enabled me to progress into a more senior role with confidence.

I have one passion in life and that is to be kind and helpful, to humans, animals, and the planet.
My ethos is to work hard and get things done.
I have a lot of life experience. I didn’t like school and didn’t do particularly well in education. I had my first child at 17, brought my very first house at 18, got divorced, remarried, became a registered manager and started my education journey at 30 with the Chartered Managers Institute.
So, there I was aged 30, sat at the table with my children all doing our homework. This learning enabled me to progress in my career and I have held various manager, senior manager and director roles over the past 21 years.
I have been very privileged to work for some great organisations and ultimately to work in an industry that has care as its focus. To be trusted to look after other peoples loved ones is a privilege.
I have a commitment to learning, I am a member of the Chartered Management Institute and I have recently been awarded Fellow Chartered Manager for my years of learning and commitment to supporting, developing and managing others to succeed.
I have always enjoyed coaching and developing others to realise their potential, get out of their comfort zone, feel the fear, get things done and reach their goals.
